Picked this up a little while back. Eagle one 182 cyclone with a 150hp super mag we put on it. Ive had the boat up to 90mph with a 30p hoss triton, hoping for more next season after a few tweaks ill make in the spring!

All the wise guys here once said that speed was impossible with a 150.

Boat looks like a lot of fun. Does it have a mid range porpoise? I have read that all mvp hulls do, but years ago my Virage did not.

Its a riot, im loving the hull. The motor is great, doesnt have the midrange pull of a 200hp or bigger but it still pulls big props without a problem. Im hoping to improve that in the spring, ive got a few ideas on what i can do to improve speeds on it.

The midrange does have a bit of a hop to it, especially with a passenger in the back. It was brutal until i got some seat time and got it set up better. It usually comes down to me playing with the trim too soon

No 1 ever said a 150 could not go 90mph ( the tuff 16 went 92mph with a 150)
