#13372 A5 28p arrived today. Solid shape, no dings, but some cavitation burns. Off to the prop shop Friday. Should have the Charger closer to being dialed in for West Lake. Fingers crossed, as there's a lot of wknds in between. |

Hmm, I need bushing made for the front prop shaft to eliminate wiggle. Took a few clicks but hey, Father in law is a machinist. Thanks Scr&Fl. |

Well it looks like you found your answer but the best I can say is that on a Yamaha it doesn't look like that when running Merc props. Basically one swaps out the thrust washer and you are good to go. Post a link for other OMC guys to know in the future. |

We re turning down the O.D. of the OMC thrust washer to match the I.D. of the prop hub so the washer front face sits snugly in it. Everything will be balanced. I'll post pics and measurements when we re done later this aft. Thanks Dubber. Arg |

Turned the face O.D. of the OMC thrust washer to fit the I.D. of the chopper prop. All faces were turned exact flat within 1 thou. Made up spline shaft spacing with a turned brass spacer. Done. |

What you made there, looks just like the one I run for my Chopper on my OMC. It should work fine. Let us know how it works |
