What are people out there using for a battery switch to disconnect your boat battery when not in use? I don't feel like unthreading the wing nuts every time to deal with this so I want something slick. I found a nice automotive based one but it was just that - automotive based and meant that I needed an adapter for the wing nut connections of the cables. |

Mine is cool...looks like a garage door handle (no...it's not anodized blue...). I have no idea where it came from though....so mostly I'm just bragging about the fact I have a battery switch.. |

I have seen these and was thinking about it as fall back if I cannot find anything else as I only run one battery. I would feel like such a fisherman with the 2nd battery option and I was explicitly asked and I quote when I purchased my boat from the previous owner... "Wait a minute....you're not going to use this for fishing are you?" LOL! |
