So when i got this boat all the parts were in about 4 milk crates and 3 boxes lol. Its came with new dual steering cables but it dident have the dash part. Well i found a part in one of the boxes i thinks it just making sure before i get the hole saw out.

Im going to assume it goes threw the dash from the outside and screws on, then the steering goes threw that from the inside and the allan set screw keeps it all together?
Sorry for all the newb questions! Just tryin to put it together right the first time haha
