Will a gear case off 91 40 hp 2 cyl fit on a 1980 60 hp 2 cyl. Looking at them both online the guts are different but does the drive shaft shifter and exhaust all line up. |

I think the gear case for that year of motor will be the size that's in between the nitro style case and the large 70 case. Powerhead should bolt up the same but bolt pattern on the gear case is different. |
