Hey everyone, I have a 1982 Charger DL with a 2000 Mercury 200 HP EFI. The motor is setback 6 inches on a manual jack plate. I am looking for some recommendations for propellers. What would be some options for the best all round propeller for skiing as well as taking a few people for rides. Which propellers would be best for top speed? |

High Five for skiing & cruising, likely a 21 or 23. I used to run a 28 Merc chopper on my 18DL. You may also want to try a Hoss Triton, Mazco or a Spinelli. |

I have a Yamaha 27M that is good all round for taking people for rides. My 28 chopper is ok for speed but the very best runs for speed I have every had came on a 28 Mazco followed closely by a 28 ET. I have a 21 pitch Yamaha prop for skiing and tube pulling that works great for that. My setup is the same as your son with a 6” manual jack plate with a 225 Yamaha. |

I have a worked 28 Trophy for sale. It was my favourite prop when I had a 225 Promax on my Allison, but not so much with my 200XS. Flow torque hub |
