Did you get any quotes Steve? I did a quick google search and some of the prices I saw are too good to be true if this stuff is any good...? Like $30-$40 a sheet... I'm use to seeing $100-$200 a sheet for honeycomb panels... I have some in my hydro. Stuff I use is more exotic materials... but stilll $40 a sheet? Hard to get decent plywood for that price.

What some people do is crush in the honeycomb around the outer edges 1/4" to 1/2" in and then can epoxy in a filler strip or something, wood for example.

Here are prices these river boaters posted two years ago... doesn't say which grade... but a white water river boat... must be the higher end stuff I'd think... those prices are very low I think. I'd do my floor in my boat if that's current pricing and the stuff seems any good.

Todd, I have not contacted any of these manufacturers of those exotic materials. Harold from Florida picked up some and said it was cheap even with shipping. Pricing info would be great if your are up to it. I want some...KFC IS GREAT! This stuff would make good TBoat floorboards, stringers and transoms too. Plascore has been used for ThunderCat floorboards (you are correct the edges need an epoxy bead to protect the pvc.) and nida-core has been spotted being used for stock outboard strongbox panels on BRF.
