Who did what?

This is my first quiet winter of work - I added trim on wheel so I am ready to head out once the floaters are off the lakes. Also began tearing apart a blown 225 Yamaha that will one day be brought back to life. I get too ambitous as I should have had it torn apart months ago!!!!

Went through my engine, rebuilt the mid. Steering bushings were none existent!!
Installed SeaStar steering and another 7" of setback to total 13".
Spending a lot of time setting up my machine shop to start making some parts.
Slow on the process but geting there.

I put a new Whale tail hydrofoil stabilizer on our Stingray 185/3.0L Mercriuser bowrider!

Well the Leafs sucked again...oh yeah that's not NEW !

New power for the delta....still in pieces...will be ready to rock in Waterford....I'll still be looking for the half lap head start you guys promised!

Another year, another prop for my SS2000. The big news for me is the 115HO on my 16' Baja. Boring no more? We'll see.

Lots of setback and lots of prop... paint, gauges and controls..

I drilled holes in my lower so I can actually run my engine this summer!! Thanks for the motivation CCI...I had nothing to post in this thread so I got off my ass and did something lol. My case has been sitting beside my desk all winter and I couldn't get the nerve up to drill it .

I'm also working on a bunch of T-boat stuff...but it won't be finished until the Friday at Waterford lol.

i have a euro that is being comleted in the next couple wks. The hull was painted and so on at tuff marine. It has new everything going into it at Topgun. There also putting a 15" simon bigblock. Should be a pretty cool package when its on the water.

Sold the Evinrude, looking to sell hull, just needs a clean up. Looking to buy seadoo's instead.
