I traded some O/T hours at work for a rental truck to go back for my boat, just found out this afternoon they're giving it to me for this weekend! So, I'm going up Friday night, back Saturday afternoon. That leaves Sunday and Monday to get it wet for the first time this year.... I know there's going to be a Scugog run, but I don't want to pile the miles on a shop paid rental and ruin any chance of such help in the future.... So.... Anyone wanna run any lakes in the north muskoka area??? Show me around a bit maybe??? |

That's a little further than I want to go with a shop rental, but when I get my own tow rig again I' be all over it! Think boomer and I are gonna run somewhere local this weekend, let ya know how it goes! |

I realize that it's not THAT far away, but my issue is it will turn a 600 km round trip into a 750 ish km round trip. With my new boss footing the bill, I don want to take advantage of the situation. I'm hoping to pick up another vehicle in the next few weeks, something I can tow with, then I'll be able to venture out further. But for this weekend I'd like to stay in the Huntsville/Bracebridge area. |
