Hi Everyone,
I've reached a point in life where I have to start looking at retirement (not a bad thing).
The wife is finally open to moving out of the city (finally, yeah!), so we're looking for property to build east of the GTA.
What's all this mean to any one here? It means I'll be taking a holiday from performance boating for a while. Takes time to build a small house and a big shop.

Gonna keep the Thundercat cause it's a low maintenance plug and play kind of boat but I'm giving serious consideration to selling gear that isn't likely to get attention over the next couple of years.
Included on that list would be;
- a 75 Checkmate MX15 set up for Drag
- a real nice 2.5 carb drag motor Paul supplied
- a freshly rebuilt 2.0 150 power head with good numbers
- various other rigging bits and pieces

Over the next few weeks I'll be taking pics and providing more detail in the appropriate For Sale Section.
Just throwing this out there in-case you're thinking of building something and can use what I have.

I'm not done with performance boating but I need more room to spread out and do it in comfort, something that just can't be done in the city.
There's a big shop in my future for street bikes, race bikes and new boats and other toys.
That's what I call retirement.

If you're interested in anything mentioned above PM me, we'll talk, like to keep all this good stuff in the family.
Regards to all,
Tom

ps: I have a basement full of quality musical instruments (hate it when that happens... lol).
Have no plans to accommodate them in the new digs so they'll be listed elsewhere.
If you're in need of another guitar, bass, keyboard, organ, amps (you know you need em) contact me, you won't be disappointed.

401 & Hwy 35 east to Port Hope,
Like to be close to the lake or slightly north into the Ganaraska Hills
Lots of farm country there, not much for sale unless it's a 55 acre farm. Don't see myself as a farmer.

55 acre farm would be cool. you could pave a 1/4 mile drag strip. then dredge a 1/4 mile drag lake right beside it
