You're probably going to want something around 23 pitch. Guys are using props from about 11 1/4" up to 12 1/2" diameter. My 12x23 Titus seemed to be my best all 'round prop right out of the box. It'll cost you well over $1000 by the time the exchange and shipping are calculated in. A cheaper alternative might be getting a Ron Hill prop. Tell him you are racing and he will give you a better price than his eBay prices. I bought one the same time I bought my Titus prop of the same pitch and diameter and was impressed with how well it worked for the price. If you call Titus up to order a new one, you don't have to tell him what you want. He will ask you the questions and tell you what you need and it will work well.

Kevin

Mike contact Dave Elsey. Dave has exactly the same boat and he runs an OMC 56 motor. Dave spend a lot of money on his props. His prop guy is in Ontario and should be able to help you. The one tru hub prop that works very well is the OLD Mercury 12 x 22 cleavers. It is only the old style that works. Jake Elsey runs one on both his T750 and T850 boats. It is excellent. Jake has also loaned that prop to other T racers and it worked for them. Kevin's suggestion to get a Ron Hill prop is a good suggestion. Make sure Ron leaves the prop fat, so the Ontario guy can rework it. I got a prop from Ron and had Todd rework it. It is very good and I am happy with it. Why not come and race at Waterford. T guys will let you test some props. Every boat and driver are different and it is best to find out what works for you before spending a lot of money on props. You need seat time on the race course FIRST! T is very competitive.

Mike, although TORC Racer school usually for hydros, if there is still availability you should inquire if you can participate with your T, with another T 'instructor' on course with you. Or do the pre-paid (eg: $20) testing Friday evening; you must join CBF($50) for the weekend to be insured, and TORC as well.

Lil Charger would be a great T instructor, travels( 'races' inaccurate) at outside & back, adept telling others what to do, recites rules by rote, exemplary at avoiding nasty racing melee. :D

Here's a picture of the prop

I sent one of my Titus props to Hydromotive to rework. Can't wait to try it out. If they are making props for T racing, I'm sure they will be good. Thom and Todd always put together stuff that runs fast on the course.
