Post subject:  This material is good for floating a T Boat....Aqua Lily Pad

Not sure how heavy it is or the cost, but it would work. You could do several boats with one pad. You could also use it as a driver protective liner attached to the strong box on a Critchfield....

A piece of this material 24 inches by 24 inches will support 300 lbs! Thom had a good idea....why not build the material right into the boat. I will do some more R & D on this stuff. I'll get a piece of it and sandwich it between 2 layers of fiberglass and we can see how strong it is and how good it floats.
The BIG advantage of this material compared to foam board or sprayed foams is it is FLEXIBLE and WATERPROOF.

Here is a similar product for less money.
I did check out the lily pad....it was too heavy. This one is lighter. I could be used along with the foam tubes or fill this with foam.
