Mine is close to 90 in my heavy ae, I think it will haul ass for sure Boomer. Killer new ride btw.

how much does an ae 21 hull weigh? this one is supposed to be heavy.

I'm going to weigh it when I get it back from Murph , as it is a bare hull now LOL supposed to be in the neighbourhood of 900 lbs. Murph is doing new transome , braces , etc, etc etc ......lucky I didn't break it last fall.

i think the stv is supposed to be 800 plus. so we arent far off. i sure hope you get the ae back on the water soon. its one of my faves

my charger is a heavy one ans its around 800-850lbs bare from what I estimate. I went to a skate this wknd and the complete boat with trailer and 5gal of gas cam out to 2094 lbs. take out 700lbs for the trailer, 370lbs for the engine and i'm down to 1000lbs for the boat rigged with battery trim-fuel pump, hydraulic steering interior and 5 gal of gas...

It doesn't take long for the weight to add up eh Max? Your'e boat looks mean this year with the black on the sides, even better that before, one of my favorites.

thanks steve! yeah the weight adds up quickly. can you imagine when I first weigh the boat the year I baught it, it tipped the scale up to 2500lbs!!!! its come a long way sicne then! and now its 20mph faster too! :mrgreen:

hope your repairs on the AE arent to extensive and you'll be back on the water soon!
