I have used varsol in a spray bottle and a on of those flat paint scrapers.. I had to let the varsol eat at it for a few hours for it to get soft enough to scrape into a pile. |

You can mix varsol with acetone (keeps the acetone from evaporation right away) and spray it from a paint gun. Let it sit and go at it with a razor blade or disk sadder if that fails. Its a pretty shirt process. Goo gone might help too. |

3M makes an adhesive remover. Put it on a rag, rub it into the area, let it sit and scrape it off with a plastic or wooden scraper. Worked for me!! |

Ended up using brake cleaner. Not the environmentally friendly crap, the good old fashioned " holy crap I'm stoned, I wonder why I can't feel my legs " stuff. Worked great! Sprayed about 4 sqft at a time, let it sit for 5 minuted then used a scrapper. Worked great. Finished off with an acetone wipe down. Gonna get a light sanding then a coat of paint, after the new foot throttle mount gets glassed in. |
