Just an FYI...

June 6-7-8
- We have new people looking to borrow safety gear... If you have spare stuff please post it up to borrow or sell... or listen up at drivers meetings and help new racers out if you are not in their set and lend out some gear.
- FREE TORC party/dinner on Sat night for all teams. BYOB.
- FOOD... there will be food on site for sale... Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stand will be closed for dinner on Sat night since there is FREE TORC Dinner. burgers, dogs, sausage, pasta, salads, muffins, fruit, breakfast burrito, drinks, coffee, etc...
- Need volunteer helpers for the Racer School still. Coaches, holding boats, passing fuel cans, etc... even if you don't race a hydro, welcome to help out with basic stuff and listen in... you can learn tips that suit any class of racing. Drop by inspection area and say you want help out any time Friday. School starts at 12pm. They are on the water at 1pm-4:30pm ish.
- The School has 7 people signed up with a 5 person waiting list!

Oh yeah, peameal bacon on bun for breakfast too at the food stand And maybe pulled pork to add to the BBQ food too.

Jesse and/or I will be able to help out with the school depending on what else needs to be done set up wise

We have several L racing costumes, spare Med jacket, old helmet I barfed in; will give it a good soaking, they'll stop gagging when adrenalin kicks in.
Available as required.

Sounds like good rookie initiation, haha.

One more note on the food... said to be well priced and very good food... caterer comes highly recommended from continuous event sponsor Proctor Marine in Simcoe. Doug from Proctor has eaten lunch at this restaurant every day for like 10 years. haha.

Have a pair of cut pants that would have to be for someone a little skinnier than me and a pair of sleeves that fit me. Can be borrowed if needed.

We need it if you are there, just bring it to the inspection area... we have 5 people who need gear for the school, various sizes from small to XL.

We will have all our gear with us and are welcome to use
