Don, who do we all have potentially racing this year in 750 and 850?

Paul as you know there are over 30 people with T boats. If they all decide to show we have way TOO MANY. I think a realistic count would be 12 to 15 boats. T850 will have more than enough boats every race. T850 will be the SHOW for sure. With Jim and Dave Whittington both with T750 boats, plus Jake's girlfriend, and Erik's boat provided it can get to the race sites, I hope to have FIVE T750 boats. Ideal would be Dunniville last year, have 2 heats. 7 to 8 boats in each heat. We are still waiting on the GT30 molds. GT30 will not have boats until we get boats built.
Waterford and Beaver Lake will be like last year. I bet 10 boats. Gravenhurst and Dunnville will have very large turn outs.

Jim may also run in T850. It depends on Dave's Aussi Rules Football. We will take 2 T boats to each race. If Dave gets his face re-arranged or blows out his knee again playing that crazy game, then Jim will run a boat in each class. That will make Gig happy if Jim races him in T850. Just to warn you T850 guys. Jim's new T850 boat is an honest 6 mph faster than his old one.

Jim needs to run 850...in my mind I've got 8 on Gig right now lol. Now I just have to find a place to hide the bottle lol.

You will remember that on another site Jim was very concerned that the T850 speeds would get too fast. The reason for his post was a result of him testing the 100% legal 56'r I put together. On an 880 lb boat his GPS speed was 72 mph in 17 seconds. That was 5 mph faster than his yamaha on his current 767 lb. boat. Jim's Oasis T boat will weight 745 to 750 lbs. with that motor on it. Being 130 lbs lighter than the test boat he will at least be 1 to 4 mph faster than the test boat and much quicker.

Well I hope Jim races T850 this year a couple of times, I would really like to see that combination go, Jim had mentioned the Oasis would be ready for this year and I wondered if you would put the 56 from the 411 boat on the Oasis.

Doug/Mike how's the Critch coming? I still have the concrete board for the floor like Dok suggested but you haven't been by to pick it up yet! Perhaps when mike goes home from Western you can swing by and pick it up!
