This is what has prompted my big yard sale...
I'm planning to race this next season at Full Throttle Speedway. Unfortunately, I just found out after buying the car that they are switching from Friday nights, to Saturday nights. I'll have to find a driver for the car for a couple of the boat racing days. Friday night racing was one of the reasons I bought it. oh well...

Kevin, I got you covered, will race it Saturday of Waterford.
Step aside Ricky Bobby, with crash helmet, cut suit,...Cal Naughton Jr is good to race hydro/T during day to Stock car at night.

Years ago I had several brother in laws racing stock cars. They really enjoyed it. This class looks similar.
Stock motors with 2 barrel carbs?
Auto or manual transmission.?
No hypro heads?
Stock cars with a few strength additions
8 inch tires?
3200 weight?
Full safety gear
They did have a claim price on the motor. It worked out well because one fellow was good at building motors and many claimed one of his motors.

Sounds similar. Full Throttle Speedway (used to be Varney Speedway), Is the only track around running Street Stock right now but the class really grew last year. I have a feeling it might come back to other tracks. Engines are pretty much all 350 chevys min 74cc head, 9-1 compression, 4bbl intake with a 2 bbl carb, nothing too crazy for cams. They also use the 602 crate motor with a 75lb penalty. They are 350hp if I remember right. Manual or auto. Weight penalty for manual. Mine is auto. Geared to run the track in 1st gear.

Some new pictures of the race car. I've been working steady on this thing for the last 2 months on weekends and after work. No way my boat will be ready for Waterford but if nothing else, I'm still planning to be there as a spectator. John, from Johnathon Schwemler Racecars has been helping me weekend after weekend and will be driving the car for the Waterford weekend.

I registered a T750 boat for you to race Sat and Sunday

PS Tom just appeared 12:30 PM at my house to pick up some props for his T750 Rapid Craft Mercury 4 stroke.
He should be a go for Waterford.
