Anyone tried them?

The shallowscoops water inlets increase water pressure and maintain it when running with the jackplate all the way up. Much like low water pickups, but at a fraction of the price. They are direct replacements to your original inlets, so they are very easy to install.

I don't see why it wouldn't work. I have seen where they would take a puddy knife blade with a small bend in it, screwed right behind the water intake.
