T Class and Thundercat meet on Six Mile on May 12th! (Rain date 13th)
It'll be held at Craig Fraser's cottage. His property has tons of room for parking/setting up, a launch ramp, and he also has a gantry crane that can be used to weigh boats. There is also a public launch nearby if needed. Don will be running inspections.
We'll run the lake and at mid day all drop into Dave Elsey's place for a BBQ lunch. He has a nice bay that a course could be set up in to run a few laps and test props.
Dave/Craig will ask for $15.00 or $20.00 (?) from everyone to cover food and whatever is left will go to Craig for his trouble.

The directions:
Hwy 400 to Crooked Bay Road (exit 168) (9 miles north of Port Severn), head East for 1 mile where it forks, keep left, stay on there until the end of the road an your there!

The OPP often patrols the lake so ensure that you have all safety equipment in your boat.
Be There! :D

The Thunder Cats have been out. This video shows good reason for the passenger. The guy sure has confidence it will not go over backwards. Who says you can't have fun with a small boat and small motor!

Heuninck can do that. But there is a a guy on youtube from the UAE or something who is the king. Wide open standing on end for miles it seems. I can't get link to video from work computer. THis might get you to one of his videos and lead to it, but I can't verify. www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYhmxhVdbYw

I will see if I can come to this event. Depends on how May 5th in water goes. Putting boat back together from winter storage this weekend.

I think Gig and I are going to make it...I've got a stag to go to after so I may have to leave the boat there for the evening...is that cool?
