I don't think any of the large 70 hp lower units have 4 hole water pick ups.
Here is a 1975 nitro:

If it is not a nitro then it likely is not a 70 hp case. The larger V4 cases were 4 hole water pick up.

I dont think its a nitro, if you look at the s&f link you posted it has the steeper angle above the cav plate of a true nitro. The link from ebay looks like it is the lower angle of a fat case as well as the overall bullet size

V4 case or 2 cylinder large case, wrong spline for 3 cylinder nitro
