Just wondering... Do you guys time runs? Or radar speeds?
Sounds like many people are put off by "Racing"
What if on Saturday you just did time/radar runs. I'd never drag race my bike... but several times I've taken it down the strip at a track just for fun... see how fast I could go and what type of ET I could get. You might line up against something that was close in speed and have a great time. Or just trying and improve on your time and learning your bike in a safe place. Maybe that would bring out more of the formula type boats? $10 a pass through the traps or whatever? Maybe that could even be done on a Friday? Drag race driver school.
Another idea... Could you setup 3 or 4 lanes as your numbers grow?
