I don't have a dog in this fight....I have not been banned from the other site....... V8 I don't see where any comments were directed at the Mrs...... It is kind of a waste to post links to the other site on S&F becasue nobody can see them... you can only see threads if you are a member........ I don't know why we all need to fight like little girls on the internet.... In person, we all have the same boating love!! The whole thing over the past couple years has been stupid..... I don't partake in either site near as much as I used to.

You are exactly right...I'm guilty of my girly rants obviously but most of it is for humour. The division is Shitty but we've been through that enough so it is what it is in terms of having two sites but we should cool it (myself included) with the us vs them attitude considering we all have the exact same interests lol.

Nobody was more upset than me..... But I feel that informed people make better decisions. If you want to run a business/club/website in a heavy handed way... Then you have to face the consequences. Look at me for instance. I crack jokes and call things as I see them all the time, and as a result a handful of people take it to heart and think I am a huge asshole... I have to deal with that (It actually bugs me.. ANd that is my consequence) When you run a forum that is basically the republic of China... you might get the odd rebel. You can't have it both ways.

If I run a business and they treat me like shit and tell me never to come back... But then they deny it happened... I am gonna be pissed about it. Period. And who knows... I might just tell the odd person if I get the chance.

I can agree on the first part … But you are missing out on the second part … all the fun filled, action packed banter/posts that happens every now and then is priceless...
Personally I love the humour

Everything I just read was a giant waste of time I did not see a single post directed negatively to mr and mrs v8.

I love the humor, but both sites have lost some of the knowledge and information sharing that drove them..... both sites seem more about bullshit and humor (don't get me wrong I like it) and less about boats and boating.... I think all the bullshit has caused many helpful guys with knowledge to take a step back and participate less.
