85 mph might be a little ambitious. I think the hull could do it with the right power / setup / prop. I am still a whimp :p

ya - 85 might a little high. But I bet it'll be 82-83. Have you got a cone on that puppy?
28p chopper at 6700 RPM. Good to go.

I do have a new to me lower Wildcatt waiting to be coned. It will happen. I would love to try a lighting ET someday as well

I thought all 300 xs motors with Sportmasters had 1.62 gears? You will need a big prop to break 114 with that ratio :D
