That is so tempting, if it were closer I'd grab it.
A 30 Yamaha, decent prop and it'd be Yee-Haw time. A bit of preparatory welding wouldn't hurt either.

I see the ad is gone. Somebody got it. There was a nice low cost OMC 40 hp short shaft for sale as well. Add a tiller to it and this combo would be an interesting boat.
