Found a 1969 125 red stripe motor at the right price... thanks Craig!
I'll contact Jerry to see if he has a short mid assembly. Like to stay OEM but will cut it if needed.
Think it'll be a while before one can cross the border for a quick pick up but next season's a while a way.

Thanks, you are correct, that would likely fit the 1250 based on a lengthy thread at FB Inline 6.
School's still out on how far I want to go with this project. SS motor issues are dominating this build. Not quite where I wanted to be with this one but thanks for your input.
At least it's given me something to do while I heal. Still a few weeks away from full activity.
