Look who finally shows up. . and his first post is all shit talk. Sheesh man. This was a top notch thread with a very in depth discussion. Way to throw it all away.

There are a couple of guys that show up to the rally's that have yammi's on their A boats down here in the states. The ones i have seen are stock motors. Nothing wrong with thinking outside of the box... Where would we be without those guys making some awesome outside of the box motors..

Nice to see you Ted. All those years ago you convinced me that buying an SS2000 for my XR4 would be more fun than selling the XR4 for a 225 PM and keeping my Virage. Best boating advice ever. And yet now I have a hankering for a PM. Go figure.

Old magazines and brochures? I got them. Powerboat 1973-2011, Hotboat 1991-2003, BWB 1996-2005, Road & Track 1972 - still coming, most factory outboard brochures back to 1987. Eventually when we consolidate to one house, this stuff will have to go.

Thanks for posting the 150 GS test Anthony. Pretty fast for a family boat with a 150 and no nose cone.

No Problem DAVID...it would be cool to go through your collection...especially those old PB issues back when they even tested HydroStreams :)

Hey, David!!

I've never expected anyone to actually take my advice. Makes me a little uncomfortable, really.

David, your outfit as it stands is perfect. Maybe just a little more perfect with the PM, LOL. FYI, I have Powerboat back into the seventies as well, Hot Boat throughout the 80s and 90s, and I'm pretty sure there are a number of Archie Digests around here somewhere...

See you tomorrow morning, Anthony! Say, want to hitch a ride? Leaving my place at 8:00 if you do.
