OR go CANADA COR 2 litre.....MOD!!

Then you can run any make of motor. Mod it all you want and have a DRAG CLASS for it as well.
Race the oval in the morning, drag at night and play on your lake between races.

OR a full mod 90 on a Tuff 16......that'd be fun..

Are the courses long enough to run a mod vp?

That would work. Be a costly class to buy into.

That is a good question. Waterford is too small. The original MOD VP class raced on 3/4 to 1 1/4 ovals.
But they were 2.4 litre motors. My guess is it would work.

Now don't think I forgot about the T750 and T850's in DRAG as well. Down the road if possibilities become available I can see cross over racing in the future. Some new race site opportunities will come up that do not suit TORC's complete race program. Some site may only want stock outboard. Others Thunder Cat, T, Drag or a combination. When those opportunities come up we will need to stretch our race program. So T's would oval race and Drag at the same event. You would have 3 Winners. DRAG, OVAL and COMBINED

Steve, I know where there are a few MOD 90 Yamahas in Ontario, including a 15 inch one with a nitro style case. So if the boat doesn't pan out with the SST 60 on it. It should run with a 120 to 130 hp Yamaha. Another option is to run V4 power and that will really get it to go. Nice boat to have!
