The boat looks good (better with a single IMO...maybe I'm not 80's enough..)

Its when you say stuff like this rick... james said something similar but then corrected himself when he started thinking logically.

Your like the guy who said "i think that Mustang looks better with the one small v6 exhaust pipe opposed to the 2 larger v8 pipes"
Wait, that never happened ever...

Get your shit together!

The boat is looking very nice though.

can't say I've ever seen one with a single outboard! the last one I rigged that size had a pair of rude 8's on the back! is this going to get on plane? I guess I'm just old and stupid!

Whaaaat??? Most 24X7's are singles....SuperDave's 24 runs 77mph with a single 300 yamaha. A pair of V8 erudes on this boat would be something just to keep afloat lol...

just seems like a whole lot of boat for 250hp single prop to push onto plane!

The 300hp (even less by the time it gets throught the tranny and TRS) 1000lb big block that was in there got it on plane alright so with a single I'll bet it see mid to high 60's...

I looked at a baja a few years ago, 26' with twin gt 200s on it, on Gil brackets. It worked alright, ran in the 70s (apparently) and got out of the hole fairly well. Same size with less power may be a chore.... Not saying I wouldn't try it though!!

the big block was 370hp and probably over 350ft/lbs. torque! wasn't hanging 24" off the transom! I'm just thinking a prop vented and pitched to get it on plane wouldn't leave much for the top end! The hull must be much lighter than it looks!

remember how your twin powered challenger is way slower than one with a single....... i'm willing to bet this martini will go just as good with a single on it.
