yes it is heated i'm using propane right now (temporary) final inspecton is complete . hydro needs to hook up still then I will heat with electicity. r 52 in the ceiling . r 32 in the walls. 50 x22. all 2x6 construction. its a biig mess right now be were getting there.

ps if any one is painting osb board . heres a little trick . by kilz pro x primer . its about $55. a bucket. then mix in powered fine drywall topping compound . just enough to make a thick batter that can still be applied by a brush or a roller . it has great coverage. and dries quickly. this is all water based so you need 70 degree temp inside at this time of year.

Little tip...
Don't use OSB for interior sheeting.
1/2" select fir plywood, hang it like drywall. You can mud and tape it if you want as well. Looks like finished drywall but way tougher (obviously) and you can hang stuff anywhere.
Space the sheets 1" (or more) off the floor and use a rabbited 2x for a base board. The 2x is tough, easily replaced and keeps stuff away from the wall.
And yes....whatever you build is never big enough!

good tip but us poor omc guys can't afford that type of material. bad enough I have to surch through metal scrap bins just get to get my outboard running again :oops:

its not the biggest shed out there but its ok for know

hey northbase what is the best floor coverage to buy. paint expoxy ect.. any ideas

I've got epoxy floor paint in my shop. It's marginal, at best.
Additional coats may make it better but I think it's a waste of time and effort to keep recoating it.
The only coating I've seen that works and lasts is a true solvent based 2 part epoxy, multi coat system. This system consists of a base/primer coat, a colour/texture coat and then 2 coats of clear. The stuff is super tough, not suitable for the DIY crowd (breathing apparatus is a must) and looks AWESOME. Typical application takes about 5-7 days and then should be left for a few days to fully cure.
I only know of one outfit that I'd get to do it. He's based out of bracebridge. If you want his name and number let me know and I'll dig it up for ya.
