 looks pretty slick dok, did you have to do any grinding behind the sleeve to match the ports,, i cant wait to see this one go

I didn't do any grinding...I want to make sure it runs and will pull Mitch on the tube first. The excel exhaust ports are pretty high so I want to make its not useless for family cruising....before I ruin it lol.

Cool build Rick. Can't wait to see this Charger run. I'd also be interested to see how it works as a ski boat.

The little DL works great as a ski boat, it turns and holds corners well with limited roll, holds a line pretty good (even with heavy weights) and the wake is also good. The boat runs pretty flat even at slow speeds for the wakeboarders and wake skaters. Your 115 would be happy on one Pat

Jetting is 180 across the board...

It's a vertical reed motor versus the excel which is horizontal...it the same as an older prov150/200/220 special. Same reeds as the 200/220.
