OK, I like that idea too, a nice padded vee in a 16' and 18'

What's this Boomer, you don't like the idea of a short v hull with a big motor??? You've had training wheels too long lol

I looked at the small tunnel for a while, wondering if it could handle the weight of a 50HP Tohatsu DI motor. 206 lb, 1.85 gear ratio.

i'm all for a short v-hull if you read my post i said it would be nice to have a new 18' v-bottom boat.. no one wants to build one because there isnt a big enough market for them anymore..

TopGun makes a nice 13' v-bottom i can see my self getting into one in the next couple years.. i had hoped to be into one by now but my drag fever has risen to an incredible level of stupidity..
