Maybe you didn't watch the 80's TV show Wok With Yan?
Chinese delivery by water? Hmmm... good idea!!
It may have a slight two stroke exhaust after taste though! :)

You nailed it James! So much time, effort and thought put in!! ...and dreaming about how it may or may not run. I'm super happy with how it runs for sure! It gets easier to drive and faster every time I go out! ;)
